Camp Vrhpolje

Camp Vrhpolje, or "Poulet's Camp" in local parlance, is located in the village of Vrhpolje, which is accessible via Vipava, about 2 km away. At the church in Vrhpolje, turn left and opposite the school you will see the Vrhpolje farm.

It is a small family campsite with space for about 15 tents, and the hosts always make their guests happy with their kindness and good humour.

Offer

In addition to the camping pitches, you can sleep in rustic accommodation, in dormitory beds, on a log cabin, or in a room for 2 people with an extra bed, private bathroom and terrace.

Guests also have free Wi-Fi, use of a washing machine and bicycle rental.

They also produce a wine drop, so visitors can visit their wine cellar and taste wines, among other things.

Activities

You can hide from the sun in the shade of the fruit trees, or in the evening you can go sightseeing, go for a bike ride or perhaps to the nearby climbing walls in the gorge of the Bela stream - the Vipavska Bela climbing area. For all paragliding enthusiasts, Kovk is a well-known take-off point nearby, from where you can fly over a valley of sun and wind, dotted with vineyards. Or head to the Nanos plateau, a paradise for cycling and hiking enthusiasts.
