ČEBRON FAMILY ESTATE

Our Čebron family estate is situated on a hill in the middle of the Vipava Valley in the village of Preserje. We are surrounded by vineyards and forests away from the hustle and bustle of the city. The Čebron family estate brand is the result of thirty years of activity in the wine, catering and tourism industry.

Rahela Restaurant

Our Rahela Restaurant, with its large terrace and views of the surrounding vineyards, is ideal for various celebrations and weddings. Our food preparation is based on clean, clear and distinctive flavours that will satisfy even the most demanding guest. We spoil you with home-cooked cured meats, which are matured in the cellar below the restaurant. We follow the seasons, and put together our dishes using what the garden, fields, barn, woods and surrounding meadows have to offer at any given time.

Čebron Wines

Three generations of hard-working hands have shaped our vineyards with care and toil. Our love of the land and nature-friendly farming methods is rewarded with a divine drop that we love to share with friends. We bottle two lines of wine: a fresh line, which boasts freshness and varietal character, and a line with extended maceration and ageing in oak barrels.

Accommodation

At our farmhouse you can stay in one of our rooms, furnished in a rural style. The rooms with a great view and a balcony are equipped with air conditioning, private bathroom, LCD TV and wi-fi. In the summer months, you can refresh yourself in our swimming pool or relax in the shade of the olive trees.
